Any property being sold or purchased will most likely be subjected to a detailed unbiased third party Home Inspection Report. The team at San Diego Homes For Sale have been involved in the Home Inspection Report process since 1995 and will be happy to assist you in your home inspection.

Generally the process takes between 3-5 hours with the professional home inspector issuing an Inspection Report within 24 hours. Below are items we feel the seller should review, and if possible correct, as these items will be evaluated by the buyers inspector:
